OUR SERVICES
Rebecca Johnson Design plans and produces weddings of all sizes and budgets. We are inspired by our clients and look forward to finding them the right venues, the perfect weekend activities, and designing their event to reflect their tastes and interests. In addition to weddings, Rebecca Johnson Design is excited to plan and produce events for all social and corporate clients including the food and wine industry, trade and media events, anniversaries and engagements, bridal and baby showers, birthday celebrations, as well as destination events, and events in Wine Country and the Bay Area.
We offer two main levels of service: Full and Partial Planning. We are also happy to customize services based on client needs and scope of services preferred. Recognizing that each wedding and event is unique, we strive to offer the client exactly what they they need to facilitate a flawless and totally personal event. We pride ourselves in listening to our clients and producing the event they wish to have, with their priorities at the forefront.

Full service planning offers start to finish assistance. We start when you are ready to book and work with you on all details of your wedding through the event date. We offer assistance with vendor recommendations, contract and budget review, site visits and meetings, timeline and production schedules, design and decor, and full scale management on the event date.

Partial planning services offers assistance to those clients who prefer to do more of the leg work on their own. We offer vendor recommendations and contract review, but do not come on for full planning services until 3 months before the wedding date. This allows for a more “hands on” bride to plan the initial details, securing vendors, design and decor planning, and for us to come in and tie up the loose ends and manage the final details. With this level of service, we are onsite for the full event day management, as well.
